Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle and financing options. You will support dealership operations, complete required tasks, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You will play a key role in guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale, while maintaining inventory knowledge and embracing DriveTime processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and all related sales processes.
