Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is looking for a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them through vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

You will handle sales calls, schedule visits, and convert them into purchases while also contributing to inventory management, compliance, and daily store activities within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with a track record of driving sales.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer partnerships and guide them through sales and financing options.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits and administrative tasks.
