Job summary

DriveTime, a family of brands, seeks a Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our Charlotte, NC dealership. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, discuss pricing and financing basics, and guide them through the purchasing journey.

You will follow up on internet leads, schedule appointments, support test drives, and help with paperwork while collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, sales or retail.
• Able to progress through Level 1 and 2 training.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver's license.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist during purchasing, presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospects via calls/text/email.
• Support sales team with test drives and product presentations.
• Process paperwork including down payments and title documents.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with sales and management to achieve dealership goals.
