Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support associate at one of its Wilmington, NC dealerships. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, explain pricing and financing basics, and nurture relationships through follow-up and multi-channel communication.

You will also assist with dealership operations, inventory presentation, and cross-training across departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, sales or retail in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase learning certification for sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Present vehicle features, pricing and financing basics to customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing communication via calls, texts and emails.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations and follow-up activities.
