Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by understanding needs and matching customers with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will support dealership operations, complete required tasks, maintain compliance, and help ensure consistent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience; minimum of 3 years in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support onboarding for new hires and team members.
