Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide vehicle and financing options, and drive sales through a full-cycle process. You will also support daily dealership operations, maintain inventory knowledge, and aid onboarding for new hires.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in sales/retail operations, with a high school diploma or GED. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales and retail operations with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the DriveTime Nurture and Sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into completed sales.
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventories, audits, and administrative duties (documentation, tags, title/registration).
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and related sales processes (trades, upgrades, post-sale activities).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, safe, and highly effective work environment.
