Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to focus on delivering effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. The role supports dealership operations by completing required tasks and maintaining compliance for a high-quality customer experience.

Through a multi-phase, learn-and-earn progression (Levels 0–4), you’ll grow in sales, operations, and leadership as you certify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales and retail operations with proven success in driving sales and operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers pursuing vehicle purchase and guide them through nurture and sales processes.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and related admin tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Develop selling skills and customer experience capabilities; collaborate with team for a positive environment.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in the dealership and support onboarding of new hires.
