DriveTime Car Sales, LLC is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor in Bradenton, FL. You will engage customers, guide them through vehicle selection and financing options, and help close sales while supporting day-to-day dealership operations.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage inventory and process documentation, and work with your team to ensure a premier customer experience. Growth through multi-phase responsibility awaits motivated professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and retail operations and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls, securing appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and safe work environment.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in the dealership and introduce DriveTime family of companies.
