Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an entry-level team member for our Winston-Salem dealerships. You will greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and assist the sales team through the purchasing process.

You will follow up with internet leads and showroom guests to nurture relationships and drive sales. Role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or bachelors preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist with purchasing process including presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services to confidently assist customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers through phone calls, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Support daily dealership operations by helping where needed across departments.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Be cross-trained in multiple dealership functions to provide flexibility.
