Job summary

Miyako Hybrid Hotel Plano is opening in Fall 2027 and seeks a Sales Office Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team as we prepare to welcome our first guests. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers, helping to create exceptional experiences for clients and guests.

This role emphasizes organization, excellent communication, and teamwork across Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or sales support experience in hospitality preferred.
• Hotel sales office experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and sales correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client accounts and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Answer incoming inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate sales team member.
• Coordinate appointments, site tours, and client visits.
• Assist with group bookings and event documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials.
• Track leads, contracts, and production reports.
• Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, and Operations.
• Maintain organized sales files and electronic records.
• Support hotel marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after the sales process.
