Qualifications

• 4–6 years in hotel sales or sales management in a full-service environment.
• Proven track record in group sales with a strong Dallas–Fort Worth network.
• Experience in boutique or lifestyle hotels and pre-opening phases.

Responsabilités

• Drive group sales strategy from planning to execution to meet revenue goals.
• Build relationships across corporate, association, SMERF, sports and other markets to create long-term partnerships.
• Lead outside sales calls, networking events and client presentations in the DFW area.
