Location and Travel

• Remote position with designated areas in the Midwest and East Coast regions
• Travel up to 40% required

Salary Range

$110,000 - $130,000 base

Role Overview

The Sales Manager Pharma will lead the development of Comecer’s Isolator Technology Solutions for aseptic applications in Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy in North America. Responsibilities include promoting solutions such as aseptic handling and filling, R&D isolators, PAPI, MSTI, ATEX isolators, small batch vial filling, and automated filling systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets
2. Coordinate marketing activities and customer outreach, including conferences, social media, and direct contacts
3. Collaborate with Comecer HQ to launch new solutions and improve market offerings based on feedback
4. Prepare quotations using various sales tools
5. Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
6. Travel as required and occasionally work overtime

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, microbiology, business, or related field
• Experience in commercialization of laboratory equipment, aseptic environments, or related fields, especially in Pharma and Gene Therapy applications
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and financial principles
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
• Proficiency with Sales Force and Microsoft Office
• Legal ability to travel domestically and internationally and operate a vehicle
