Location: REMOTE

Designated Area: Midwest and East Coast Regions

Travel Requirement: Travel up to 40%

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 base

The Sales Manager Pharma will lead the development of Comecer’s Isolator Technology Solutions and accessories for aseptic applications in Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy fields in North America. Responsibilities include aseptic handling, filling of APIs, custom R&D isolators, PAPI, MSTI, ATEX isolators, small batch vial filling, and automated filling systems, among others.

This individual will play a key role in selling Comecer Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy solutions to North American customers, acting as the primary contact before, during, and after project development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned territory.
2. Manage revenues and collaborate on budget forecasts.
3. Organize customer scouting and marketing activities, including conferences, meetings, publications, social media, and direct customer outreach.
4. Coordinate with Comecer HQ on launching new solutions and suggest improvements based on market feedback.
5. Prepare quotations using Comecer systems.
6. Travel as required and handle occasional overtime.
7. Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, microbiology, or business.
• Experience in commercialization of laboratory equipment, aseptic environments, or related fields, especially in Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, negotiation, and financial principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop strategic account and project plans.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Proficient with Sales Force and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Eligible to travel domestically and internationally, and operate a vehicle.
