Location: REMOTE

Designated Area: Midwest and East Coast Regions

Travel Requirement: Travel up to 40%

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 base

The Sales Manager Pharma will lead the development of Comecer’s Isolator Technology Solutions and accessories for aseptic applications in Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy fields in North America. Responsibilities include aseptic handling and filling of APIs, dispensing R&D isolators, potent API processing Isolators (PAPI), modular sterility testing isolators (MSTI), ATEX isolators, Baby Phill small batch vial filling, ValueCell Fill line for Closed Bag Filling, automated filling systems, Speedy Glove testers, and VPHP sterilization.

This role involves significant customer interaction, acting as the first contact for potential clients and maintaining communication throughout project development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned territory.
2. Collaborate with the director to define budget forecasts.
3. Organize customer scouting and recruitment activities, including marketing events, direct contacts, presentations, and networking.
4. Coordinate with Comecer HQ to launch new solutions and suggest improvements based on market feedback.
5. Prepare quotations using Comecer systems.
6. Travel as required and occasionally work overtime.
7. Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and pro-active concern resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, microbiology, business, or related field.
• Experience in commercialization of laboratory equipment, aseptic environments, or related areas, with a focus on Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy applications.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, negotiation, and financial principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate strategically.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Proficient with Sales Force and Microsoft Office.
• Eligible for domestic and international travel and legally able to operate a vehicle.
