Location: REMOTE

Designated Area: Midwest and East Coast Regions

Travel Requirement: Travel up to 40%

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 base

The Sales Manager Pharma will lead the development of Comecer’s Isolator Technology Solutions and accessories for aseptic applications in Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy in North America. Responsibilities include aseptic handling, filling of APIs, R&D isolators, PAPI, MSTI, ATEX isolators, Baby Phill small batch vial filling, ValueCell Fill line, automated filling systems, Speedy Glove testers, and VPHP sterilization.

This individual will play a key role in selling Comecer Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy Solutions to North American customers. They will be the first contact for customers and maintain ongoing communication throughout project development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development Strategy
   • Responsible for revenue in their territory
   • Work with director to define budget forecasts
   • Organize customer scouting, marketing activities, direct contacts, presentations, networking, and communication during events
   • Coordinate with Comecer HQ for launching new solutions and suggest improvements based on market feedback
   • Prepare quotations using Comecer systems
   • Travel as required
   • Overtime may be necessary
   • Other duties as needed
2. Customer Relationship Management
   • Advocate for customers
   • Ensure customer satisfaction
   • Handle concerns proactively
   • Escalate issues when needed
   • Collaborate with other sales managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, microbiology, or business
• Experience in commercialization of laboratory equipment, aseptic environments, or similar fields, particularly in Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and financial principles
• Strong negotiation skills for long-term contracts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop strategic account plans
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
• Proficient with Sales Force and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Eligible to travel domestically and internationally within 30 days of hire and operate a vehicle
