Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Store Sales Manager for our Tampa-Brandon location. The role leads a high-performing team, ensures brand standards, and drives sales and service KPIs with focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

The position requires strong coaching skills, POS proficiency, and the ability to manage front-end and in-store programs, including loyalty, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to drive KPIs.
• Experience overseeing front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee key programs: BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and loyalty enrollment.
• Drive sales in Knit & Sew Shop and protect assets through loss prevention.
