Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a PT Sales Manager for our Tampa store. The role leads front-end and service operations, driving sales results and an engaging customer experience. You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and oversee omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

You will coach staff to adhere to SOPs and brand standards, support loyalty programs, and help drive protection plan sales while maintaining strong asset protection practices. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop teams to meet store KPIs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and store condition standards.
• Coach and model Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
