The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and the seamless integration of in-store and digital shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage MOD coverage, POS operations, and customer-focused initiatives

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
• Experience coaching and developing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, ensuring SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for efficient transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
