Empire Portfolio Group is seeking a driven Sales Manager to promote Orangetheory Fitness memberships across studios. The role focuses on lead outreach, guiding prospects through the journey from inquiry to sign-up, and contributing to studio revenue targets with energetic, customer-focused engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, 1-2 years in sales (fitness preferred), and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and generation of leads.
• Greet and engage studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships to meet monthly targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and resolve concerns professionally.
