Empire Portfolio Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Orangetheory Fitness studios. The role focuses on leading outreach, converting leads, and driving membership sales to support studio revenue targets.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, with 1–2 years in sales, preferably in fitness. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outreach, conversion and generation.
• Greet studio guests with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours.
• Sell memberships to help the studio meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with manager to hit monthly KPI’s.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager to help with facility issues (e.g. maintenance and cleanliness).
