Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member interactions.
• Ability to meet monthly revenue targets and contribute to studio growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion, and lead generation.
• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and promote memberships to meet monthly KPIs.
• Follow up with prospective members and handle concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with marketing and events for outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on studio maintenance when needed.
