Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and lead generation.
• Greet visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and sell memberships to meet monthly targets.
• Follow up with prospective members and handle concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with manager to hit monthly KPIs and support operations when needed.
