- Strong track record of achieving ambitious targets and KPIs.
- Experience coaching and mentoring sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
- Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
- Lead negotiations and closing calls with reps.
