Job summary

Storable is transforming property management software for specialty real estate. The Sales Manager will own growth of new revenue and expansion of existing revenue, playing a hands-on role in closing deals while enabling a scalable sales process.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, manage the pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen lead generation and funnel efficiency.

Qualifications

Deep SaaS sales experience with a track record in growing bookings.
Proven ability to build and close new business in a scalable way.
Strong understanding of data-driven sales metrics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute account growth strategies; manage the sales pipeline.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members for high performance.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales with accuracy.
Lead negotiations and close deals with reps; participate in calls.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen lead-gen.
