Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates and is building a scalable, data-driven sales engine. We seek a Sales Manager to drive new bookings and expand existing revenue, with hands-on deal activity and leadership of a growing team.

You will implement a repeatable sales process, forecast performance, and mentor sales reps to achieve ambitious KPIs across multiple B2B segments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams.
• Strong track record in closing deals and growing revenue.
• Ability to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members for high performance.
• Report on sales performance to leadership with insights.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations and closings.
• Develop a strong lead-gen engine with the Director of Sales.
• Innovate and automate current sales infrastructure and processes.
