Job summary

Osano, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to mentor a high-performing team of 9 Account Executives.

You will guide strategy, forecasts, and quota attainment while partnering with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing and Customer Success in a fully remote environment across the United States. You have a background in enterprise SaaS sales, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching and developing top talent.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years leading an Account Executive team in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management methodologies.
• Proven coaching and talent-development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans.
• Support the sales team with prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress sessions.
• Own your team's quarterly quota and deploy strategies to hit it.
• Manage productivity, opportunities and quality to meet or exceed goals and deliver a great customer experience.
• Lead process improvements and implement systems to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
