Osano, Inc. is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to nurture and inspire a high-performing team of 9 Account Executives as we scale our data privacy platform across enterprise customers.

You will design quarterly revenue plans, mentor AEs, and collaborate with the People team to hire and develop talent, while maintaining a customer-focused, high-velocity sales culture in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years managing AEs in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger or Force Management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Revenue Leadership involves designing quarterly plans, supporting meetings, and conducting forecast reviews.
