• Ensure policy execution and hold team accountable for store results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage with floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for efficient checkout experiences.
• Manage in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, Loyalty) and omni-channel services like BOPIS.
