• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and drive customer retention.
• Drive omni-channel service such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support in-store programs such as Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Custom Framing where applicable.
