Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Knowledge of POS and Self-Checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to achieve selling culture and KPIs.
• Oversee SOPs, brand standards and store operations.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure omni-channel execution.
• Drive customer experience and loyalty program adoption.
• Manage Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop and framing operations when needed.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
