Responsibilities include Manager-on-Duty coverage, POS optimization, loyalty programs, and omni-channel fulfillment while developing staff and upholding asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with strong KPI focus.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, Birthday parties, and events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to boost retention.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations in select stores.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
