Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results and customer engagement through coaching and KPI focus.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plans to boost retention.
• Drive omni-channel service through BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coordinate events and programs like balloons and custom framing in scope.
