• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee loyalty programs and omnichannel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection and reduce shrink through awareness and safe operations.
