Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store operations.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel execution.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and protection plan uptake.
• Support Knit & Sew Shop, and Frame Shop coordination where applicable.
• Maintain asset protection and safety standards.
