• Oversee store programs and events (e.g., balloons, birthday parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plan offerings.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
