QXO is seeking candidates for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated track for early-career professionals aiming to build a career in sales. Participants lead strategic initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships, operations, and revenue growth across regions.

The program offers exposure to an enterprise-wide leadership network, cross-functional collaboration, and placement into Outside Sales roles after completion.

Qualifications

• A college graduate (bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field) or candidate interested in developing a professional career with 1–2 years of industry experience.
• An energetic, goal-oriented communicator excited about forging customer relationships and creating business value.
• Comfortable with a dynamic, field-based work environment, with a willingness to travel within your region.
• Motivated by teamwork, driven to learn continuously, and aligned with QXO's values and customer-first culture.
• Willing to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, identify opportunities, engage customers, and accelerate revenue.
• Partner across functions to analyze data and improve customer outcomes and branch profitability.
• Own strategic workstreams by evaluating market insights and proposing data-informed solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts with pipeline, pricing, and deal execution.
• Develop leadership competencies to prepare for Outside Sales roles.
