Job summary

QXO is seeking candidates for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one‑year accelerated track to a career in Outside Sales. Participants manage defined territory segments, lead critical initiatives, and gain access to an enterprise leadership network for regional initiatives.

The program is designed for graduates with 1–2 years of industry experience who are eager to relocate or travel regionally and advance into sales leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field is required or candidate is pursuing
• Strong communication and goal‑oriented mindset to build customer relationships and create business value
• Experience or familiarity with CRM or sales tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end territory management, identify opportunities, engage customers, and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operations and profitability at branch level
• Own strategic workstreams, synthesize market insights, and propose data‑driven solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territory segments with forecasting and pricing input
