QXO is launching the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated track for early-career professionals aiming to build a career in sales. Participants will lead initiatives, manage territory segments, and influence customer relationships and revenue growth.

The program places you in a high-performing cohort with access to an enterprise leadership network and regional initiatives aligned to commercial goals. It prepares for Outside Sales roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Energetic, goal-oriented communicator excited about forging customer relationships.
• Willing to travel regionally and adapt to field-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue.
• Engage customers, shape solutions, and forecast pipeline with autonomy.
• Collaborate with leaders to refine strategy while owning execution and prioritization.
