Job summary

QXO is launching an Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) for early-career professionals pursuing a career in sales. The one-year track challenges you to own decisions, manage strategic workstreams, and influence customer relationships and revenue growth.

You will lead territory initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and gain access to an enterprise leadership network as you prepare for Outside Sales roles. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a business or supply chain degree or related field.
• Willingness to travel within the region and relocate for rotations.
• Energetic and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy development and customer engagement.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and executing sales activities.
• Own strategic workstreams and synthesize market insights to improve processes.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts with autonomy and forecasting.
• Prepare for placement into Outside Sales roles after the program.
