QXO is launching the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated track for early-career professionals aiming to build a career in sales. Participants will lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships and revenue growth.

Graduates join a high-performing cohort, gain access to an enterprise leadership network, and contribute to regional initiatives supporting QXO's commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or candidate with 1–2 years industry experience).
• Energetic, goal-oriented communicator with ability to forge customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, from strategy to customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Drive operational and commercial performance by partnering across functions to improve profitability.
• Own strategic workstreams, synthesizing market insights to optimize processes and impact sales and customer experience.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territories, forecast pipeline, and propose pricing/mix decisions.
• Develop leadership competencies and strategic thinking through individualized coaching for future Outside Sales roles.
