Job summary

QXO’s Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is a one-year, accelerated track for early-career professionals aiming to build a career in sales. Participants lead initiatives, manage defined territories, and influence customer relationships, operations, and revenue growth.

Participants join a cohort, access an enterprise leadership network, and contribute to regional priorities, with placement into Outside Sales roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to forge customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related field with 1–2 years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and engage customers to accelerate revenue growth.
• Partner across functions to identify challenges, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Own strategic workstreams evaluating market insights to optimize processes and sales outcomes.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts, forecast pipeline, and propose pricing recommendations.
• Participate in leadership development activities to prepare for Outside Sales roles.
