Job summary

QXO Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is a one-year, accelerated track for early-career professionals seeking a sales career. Participants lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and apply independent judgment to influence customer relationships, operations, and revenue growth.

Participants join a high-performing cohort with access to an enterprise leadership network and regional initiatives that support QXO’s priorities.

Qualifications

College graduate with 1–2 years of industry experience or a candidate pursuing early-career development.
Energetic, goal-oriented communicator excited about building customer relationships and creating business value.
Willingness to travel within the region and relocate or rotate for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end territory management and drive revenue growth through identified opportunities.
Collaborate across functions to analyze data, identify challenges, and implement improvements for customer outcomes.
Own sales cycles for assigned accounts or territory segments, forecast pipelines, and propose pricing and product mix recommendations.
Support leadership with strategic workstreams and contribute to regional initiatives aligned with business objectives.
