Job summary

QXO is launching a one-year Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) designed for early-career sales professionals who aspire to build a careers in sales. Participants lead strategic initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships while gaining access to an enterprise-wide leadership network.

The program prepares participants for placement into Outside Sales roles upon successful completion, with coaching to deepen analytical skills and strategic thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy development, opportunity identification, and customer engagement.
• Drive operational and commercial performance by partnering across key functions and analyzing data to implement improvements.
• Own strategic workstreams by evaluating business challenges and proposing data-informed solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territory segments with autonomy and prioritized execution.
• Advance leadership competencies through individualized coaching to prepare for Outside Sales roles.
