Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field, or 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Energetic, goal-oriented communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy development, opportunity identification, and customer engagement, prioritizing prospects and executing sales activities to accelerate revenue.
• Drive operational and commercial performance by partnering across functions to identify challenges, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Own strategic workstreams by evaluating market insights and proposing data-informed solutions that optimize processes and impact sales.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territories: build pipeline, pricing and product mix, and close deals with autonomy.
• Advance leadership competencies through coaching and prepare for Outside Sales roles.
