Job summary

QXO invites energetic early-career professionals to join the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year, accelerated track designed for aspiring sales leaders. Participants lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships, operational performance, and revenue growth.

You'll join a high-performing cohort, access an enterprise leadership network, and contribute to regional projects supporting QXO's priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Energetic, goal-oriented communicator with customer relationship skills.
• Willing to travel within region and relocate for rotations and leadership roles.
• Strong team collaboration mindset and willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and sales activities to accelerate revenue.
• Forecast and manage pipeline; craft pricing and product mix recommendations.
• Partner across functions to analyze data and improve performance.
• Own strategic workstreams and contribute to regional initiatives.
• Develop leadership competencies for Outside Sales roles.
