Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Preferred: coaching/mentoring or training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive mindset.
• Able to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and resilience in challenging situations.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify new clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Master and deliver training programs, and develop materials.
• Coach and mentor new hires and junior staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs.
