Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Previous coaching/mentoring or training experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to drive new business.
• Manage client relationships for repeat business and retention.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver and improve training programs for new hires and staff.
• Coach and mentor junior sales team members.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust materials as needed.
• Foster ongoing development within the sales team.
