Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Prior mentoring/training experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow is valued.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential clients through in-person networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to the team.
