RISE Financial, a leading supplemental insurance company, seeks a Sales Representative & Trainer to join our growth‑driven team. This role blends high‑velocity sales with mentoring responsibilities to build a strong, capable sales force.

You will prospect, present, and close deals while coaching new hires and traveling within your territory. The position offers uncapped commissions, a base draw for the first weeks, and ongoing training in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Preferred: training/mentorship experience, coaching or mentoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and management experience or potential.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Positive, resilient mindset and solution-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Prospecting, lead generation, and building a client base.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Present products and negotiate to close sales.
