Job summary

UKG is hiring for a Senior Sales Leader to drive performance of the Account Executive team in the United States. You will coach, manage, and align the direct reports to achieve and exceed quotas while shaping go-to-market strategies for new logos.

In this role you will partner with executives to sell complex payroll/HCM solutions, build high-impact talent, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer success across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in a closing sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding individual quotas.
• Preferred: 5 years of quota achievement in payroll/HCM SaaS.
• Experience managing, developing, and retaining sales talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate with stakeholders at every stage of a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives of direct report.
• Support new logo Account Executives to grow, strategize, and sell.
• Partner with Account Executives to differentiate themselves through creativity and integrity.
• Lead by example through passion, knowledge, and availability.
